Are you available in retail stores?
Currently, we are available primarily online via our website and Amazon. However, we are planning to expand to retail in the future. Subscribe to our newsletter for the latest updates!
Do you have an affiliate program?
Yes! You can apply to become an affiliate by clicking the "Affiliate Program" tab.
Do you ship internationally?
As of now, we do not ship internationally but we plan to increase our capacity to process international orders soon! Subscribe to our newsletter to stay up to date on the latest news and announcements.
How can I track my order?
After your order ships, you’ll receive a notification email with a tracking number and link, so you can check on your shipping status and know when to expect your order. Alternatively, you can track your order via the "Track Order" tab in the main menu.

Why is my credit card payment not going through?
If you are seeing an error upon entering your credit card information please make sure of the following: 1) The credit card numbers you entered is correct, including the security code 2) The name, billing address and zip code you enter upon checkout matches the name on your credit card billing statement (most common problem) 3) You have sufficient funds in your account (if using a debit card). Once an error occurs, your order is not processed and you will have to checkout again. If you are still having problems, you can pay via PayPal.
